Fortunate to have been able to work doing what I love. I've made my sole living for over four decades playing a guitar. Everything I've earned has been from playing one of these...every cent. I've never had another job. Over 6000 one-nighters working as a sideman for 41 straight years. A lot of hard work, a lot of long nights, long drives, but still the same enthusiasm as the day I started. What do I do with my time off?...spend time with my incredible family and play my guitars. The photos here are from my collection as it was in 2006 before I decided to sell due to what I felt was a very inflated vintage guitar market. I hope to update this site to include more photos with hundreds more instruments from years before this time as well as include many more from builders other than just Gibson and Fender shown here. It is my ultimate goal to catalog and post the many internal photos detailing the finer nuances of construction of each model, the transitions and variations, as well as detailed database of the parts.
